Studying is the action you do, and learning is the result. They are like "try" and "succeed". For example, I studied Chinese for five years, but I didn't learn anything. I tried to learn, but I didn't succeed. Some people learn easily, without studying hard. Some study hard, but don't learn much. Hopefully, if you study using italki, you will learn plenty.

Studying, as in 'I'm going to study' usually is using books to learn about an academic subject. It can also be used to mean closely examine something, e.g. 'The boxer studied his opponent to learn his style.' or 'A study of climate change'. You can learn things through studying, but you can also learn things through practising (e.g. I learnt how to ride a bike). You wouldn't say you studied how to ride a bike, as that would imply that you have read about the theory of bike riding. You learn how to speak. You learn how to tie your shoe laces. You can also learn something that doesn't require any great effort or any length of time to understand. For example, "Today I learnt that boiling water is hot". Or "I was sorry to learn of your father's death".
