"The sports center has everything imaginable, e.g..." then continue with a partial list of the facilities/equipment/sports offered. This is the best semantics to describe "completo". You could write: "The sports center is complete." But for most people that would imply only that the construction is finished, unless you added more context.

Did you mean sport or sort? Assuming you meant sport - I'm not sure. We don't tend to have that sort of thing, and/or would not claim that it had everything. Downhill racing unicycles? So I'm struggling to think of a word. The best I can come up with so far has been multi-disciplinary.
