Is this correct? (Someone says something you don't like, then you reply) "I am uttering no words". N.B. I want it to have an ironic shade, like a fancy and dignified talk.

Hi Vencenzo, It sounds unnatural to say that you are *uttering no words. Perhaps you can also say: "I'm not talking to you", "I'm not going to say anything" or "I have no comment.", depending on how close you are to the person and the formality.
