‘Not for all, only for people to appreciate it’ , correct? Shall I change 'to' to 'who'?

Something wrong with the Billboard Haven't been here for a long time. I really miss the time I used to be here everyday. Today, the words 'not for you, only for people to appreciate it.' is writing on a huge billboard in a main street of Beijing. I think this message is totally wrong, am I right? In my opinion, It should be 'not for all, only for people who appreciate it.' Can you give me some help on it ?

I don't think it is a mistake of 前八角后圆形种. We often say 有这种、那种,还有……种样子的blahblah.... And the writer here just wanted to say there is a kind of main body with the shape of circular in front and octagonal back. And "种" he added in the end might want to show that octabonal and circular shape all came out in one kind of main body. But "种的" might be a little informal and unwritten, so he cut "的" at last. Just my opinion~

Second, in English: There used to be a mountain. A temple was standing on the mountain. There was a old monk in the temple. He was telling a story to a young monk. The story went like this...There used to be a mountain. A temple was standing on the mountain. There was a old monk in the temple. He was telling a story to a young monk. The story went like this...There used to be a mountain. A temple was standing on the mountain. There was a old monk in the temple. He was telling a story to a young monk. The story went like this... Thanks for listening~ It would be my pleasure to tell you this such popular story. ^^

    1. It is obvious that a mistake is made in the Chinese sentence 音质和优劣. And it should be "的" instead of "和" . And even though, your translation is correct. 2. Also, "太多" should be "大多". “更为” is translated into "more" by you, my friend, which is correct. P.S Where did you read these sentences ? They made loads of mistakes, and no doubt they are confusing and ambiguous to you.

Your Chinese is GOOD! It is hard to make an affecting description, but you did it! And I enjoy it.

I am sorry ~ misha? I didn't intend to start a discussion on Chinese manners. But different views are welcome anyway.

The frequency of using of 您 in China is different from area to area. I know in most of the area in China, using 您 might make people feel distance and unwillingness. But in Beijing, the local there use 您 all the times, making that not surprising any more. The daily talk among Beiing natives are loquacious, and humorous, which is said 贫 in Chinese. I enjoy listening to their conversation. Haha~~ Yeah, I am a big fan of cross-talk.
