I had classes from the second period to the fourth period today. In the second period, I went French class, and we did a test. It was a speaking test. I’m not very good at speaking, but I did well. Drinking alcohol definitely negatively impacts my sleep quality. I wake up in the middle of the night and feel uncomfortable when I wake up in the morning. So I've decided to only drink alcohol on Fridays and Saturdays. However, I needed alcohol as an excuse to meet people. It's become inconvenient as I've grown up.
