A Simple Practice to Try Today Here’s a small 5-minute exercise I use with many of my clients — women like you who’ve spent years studying English but still feel blocked when it matters most. Meet the Speaker Sit comfortably. Close your eyes for a moment. Take a deep breath — in through your nose, out through your mouth. Let your shoulders drop. Feel the air move through your body. Picture your next English conversation. Maybe it’s a meeting, an interview, or even a casual chat. Imagine yourself in that space. See the people, hear the sounds. Listen for the usual thought: “How do I sound?” “What if I make a mistake?” And then — gently — replace it with: “Who is speaking?” Meet her. Who is she — this version of you that already speaks clearly, calmly, with presence? How does she sit? How does she breathe? How does she look at people? Now, say one simple sentence out loud. It can be anything: “I know what I’m talking about.” “I’m ready to express myself.” “My English is good enough for my ideas.” Feel the difference. It’s not in the grammar. It’s in the energy behind it. Reflect. How did your voice sound? How did your body feel? That version of you — that’s the real speaker. She’s been there all along. Many women I meet tell me they’ve spent a decade chasing “perfect English.” And every new course promises that this time, they’ll finally feel confident. But true confidence doesn’t come from mastering every rule. It comes from remembering who you are before the rules. The English you’ve been searching for isn’t outside you — it’s inside the version of you that already knows how to speak, lead, laugh, and connect. You don’t need to become fluent to feel whole. You need to feel whole to become fluent. So, next time you find yourself asking, “How do I sound?” — pause. Ask instead, “Who is speaking?”

A few days ago, I applied for tickets to a very popular artist’s concert just for fun. But surprisingly, I got it! I didn’t expect to get them, so I chose Fukuoka as the concert location. I have always wanted to visit Fukuoka, so I think this is a great chance to travel and enjoy the concert at the same time. Fukuoka is known for many delicious foods. And I love them such as Hakata ramen and Mentaiko. I really want to try the real local taste at least once in my life. My friend also recommended me a popular sweet called Hakata Torimon, so I want to try that too. If I really go there, I’ll work hard until February to save enough money for the trip. So I can enjoy everything without worry. I am already excited just thinking about it! Please let me know if you have any recommendations about Fukuoka.

I have recently read something about sharks that changed my mind about environment protection. Once we were told that sharks are one of the most dangerous animals in the world. Many people were attacked by sharks. Though attacks do occur, there is another fact shows that over 0ne millions sharks killed by people every year. It may be sounds great, but as the population of sharks shrinks, the sea animals which once were the food of sharks become more and more. They eat small fish what is the food for people. As the population of small fish redecue, seaweed has no enemy and spreads everywhere. You can imagine that you go to a beach but it's a green sea over there. When you know what activities can directly affect the enviroment, we can easily avoid doing them. But when our activities indirenctly affect the environment, we need to know how deep our activities can affect our environment. For example, using tissue means that a tree has might been cut. so, what activities we can take part in to protect the invironment? I think that thinking about how your daily activites affect the world is the most important activity you need to do first.

Recently, I have become really into watching anime on Netflix. Many of my friends around me watch anime and often recommend their favorite shows to me. At first, I wasn’t very interested because I usually don’t like unrealistic dramas or movies. However, when I finally tried watching one, I found it really interesting, and now I can’t stop watching it every day. Sometimes, I go to my friend’s house so we can watch anime together. We often stay up all night watching different episodes and then fall asleep in the morning. It’s a lot of fun, and I feel that this kind of lifestyle is something I can only experience while I am a university student. That’s why I want to enjoy it as much as I can right now. The anime I am watching now has a very long story, so at first I thought I might get bored. But surprisingly, I watch it every day without skipping. I’m excited to see how the story will end. After I finish this anime, I plan to ask my friends to recommend more shows to me. Watching anime has become one of my favorite hobbies, and it has made my daily life more fun and exciting.
