I think at least one thing can be certain, that is education will be further diversified in the further. The score will not be the only or the most important standard to value a student, the assessment system in a school will be more multidimensional. The society is changing, the parents are changing, the meaning of success is changing too. Nowadays, more and more parents in China don't want their children to compete for the very limited positions in marketing and banking industry, but want their children to have an easier life. Also, new careers keep coming out, short video bloggers can make millions of money without seating ahead of the office desk for a long time everyday...The parents start to accept that being a teacher or being a doctor may not be the most perfect choice for their children. I think the education in the future will further encourage diversity, specialty and distinctiveness.

I don't know how serious the situation is in other countries, which is about the people under 18 years who have got nearsighted. The percentages of nearsighted children and teenages in my country has been increasing rapidly in the past ten years as the smart phones were widely used. More and more reports have proved that the serious myopia problem is really related to the time children spent on their smart phones. Video games, live streaming and movies are the main parts of a chid's life, which is very different from their parents' childhood that was full of outdoor activities. Screen time reduces children's time of looking far away and enjoying the sunshines. The two activites are just the essentials to keep children's eyes growing on an healthy way. The chidren's prescriptions are really hard to control. It's an annoying problem which not only costs too much money ,but also makes children feel unfortable during the classtime. Fortunately, in recent years, govenment has made many policies to protect children to avoid being nearsighted in an early age. Meanwhile technology can also help children treat myopia, such as Red light. But how to effectively reduce children's online time is the key to solve the myopia problem.

On War. If a friendly alien came to earth, say, and was interested in knowing what war is and why it happen, I would be more than happy to recommend them where to start to learn the basics about it. All has been said about war already, in many different ways. Poets, philosophers, politicians, painters, singers and many, many others might explain it to our very welcome alien. Surely, some of those smart persons would do it with beautiful, touching sentences; others with brainy, clever statements; and still others, with awful, atrocious paintings or pictures. All very painful to read and see, no doubt. I am not sure if our curious alien might be able to comprehend what the point of all this is about, and I wouldn’t blame them if first thing they did were to hurry back to their spacecraft and set off home at the speed of light, if such a thing is possible. Meanwhile, we all have no option other than remain on earth and cope with this overwhelming and heartbreaking reality. But the big question is: will humanity see the definitive end of war one day? Unfortunately, I’m not as optimistic as I would like to be. For one thing, war is a phenomenon that has came along with human beings from the very moment one of our ancestors were able to use a stone or a trunk as an offensive weapon against another human being. Plato, the ancient Greek philosopher, already answered that question 25 centuries ago, and pitifully in a terrible, discouraging way: ‘Only the dead have seen the end of war.’
