I think that there are two most important reasons for the people who get promoted. The first reason is that they have good career plans in the beginning of their career. We always meet some young people who look very mature and steady which is very different from their peers. They might have taught how to understand the rules of the reality in an early age, and did their best to learn the essential skills requried after they start their careers. On the other side, most people just focus on their academic achievements until graduate from university, then they begin to learn how to survive the competition with their colleagues. I even saw some people who didn't know how to keep a good realitionship with others, let alone get promoted. The second reason I think is that good opportunities are the key to get promoted. Such as meet a kind superior who can help you improve yourself. No matter which reason is more important, being stronger is the precondition of getting promoted. Indolence is your biggest enemy. Please remeber that no pain, no gain!

I love the weather so much and I just have the feeling it is as pleasant as Italkiers! Why is it? I wake up everyday at 9am and now I go to stay to do exercises. But before I do, I had to buy a mat. My sister everyday cook at 10am because she need to go to work at around 12am. I finished my lessons and now I'm write the essays. My sister is watching videos on YouTube. We are soon going to sleep!

Language is a bridge to communicate with people around the world. Somehow, a barrier to understand what it is spoken. Learning a language is not a piece of cake. It needs determination and patience yet endurance at some point. I am now learning English and building my confidence in it.

If I could live in one country for a year, it would be in the US. So I can learn English fast. Immersing myself with English speaking people I believe will help me get fluent in English.
