Desumere/dedurre= Concludere, arrivare a una conclusione 
ex= dal tuo atteggiamento posso dedurre che sei arrabbiato

Esitare /Titubare= Essere incerti
ex= invece di stare a titubare tanto prendi una decisione!

cogitare= Pensare
ex= stare a cogitare non ti porterà a nulla!

Lesinare= risparmiare
ex= con gli ospiti non si può lesinare sul cibo

Vacillare/ Brancolare= essere indecisi
ex= Non brancolare nel buio, chiedi consiglio!

tergiversare= Indugiare
Ex= Non tergiversare e rispondi mia  alla domanda

procrastinare= rimandare 
ex= se procrastini sempre non affronti mai il problema

rimediare, Risolvere= trovare una soluzione 
ex= per risolvere quella situazione ci vuole uno specialista

convenire = Essere d’accordo
ex= dovrai convenire con me su ciò che ho appena detto

Infliggere= Imporre
ex= infliggere pene fisiche è sbagliato

Ripercuotere= Influenzare
ex= il suo cattivo atteggiamento si ripercuote su di te

ammonire= Avvertire
ex= lo studente è stato ammonito dal professore

ammiccare= lasciare intendere
ex= smettila di ammiccare verso tutte le ragazze per strada!

temporeggiare= prendere tempo
ex= gli studenti temporeggiano per evitare l’interrogazione

vivacchiare= arrangiarsi
ex= Paolo vivacchia alla giornata senza fare nulla di serio

Gingillarsi/ cincischiare= non fare nulla
ex= Invece di gingillarti e cincischiare datti da fare!

inficiare/ confutare= contraddire
ex= i suoi cattivi gesti inficiarono la sua reputazione.

apostrofare= Rimproverare
ex= l’uomo apostrofò in malo modo il dipendente.
