А вот и моя́ кварти́ра. Здра́вствуй, мой но́вый дом! Я до́лго ждал О́льгу в аэропорту́. Но ничего́. В э́то вре́мя я изуча́л ка́рту Москвы́.Я ви́дел, где я бу́ду жить.  Э́то о́чень хоро́ший райо́н. And here is my apartment. Hello, my new home! I waited long for Olga at the airport. But it’s fine. During that time, I studied a map of Moscow. I saw where I was going to live. This is a very nice area. My office is near. I can go on foot to work.Near my home, there’s a big park. My apartment is very cozy. I have a living room, a bedroom,  a kitchen and a bathroom. And a very nice balcony. I see the park from here. What a wonderful view!

但没关系。在那段时间，我研究了下莫斯科地图。我看到了我要住的地方。这是一个非常好的区域。我的办公室就在附近。 我可以步行去上班。我家附近有一个大公园。公寓非常舒适。有一间客厅、一间卧室、一间厨房和一间浴室。还有一个非常漂亮的阳台。我从那儿可以看到公园。 多么美妙的景色啊！

Et voici mon appartement. Bonjour, ma nouvelle maison! J'ai attendu longtemps Olga à l'aéroport. Mais ça va. Pendant ce temps, j’étudiais une carte de Moscou. J'ai vu où j'allais vivre.
C'est une région très agréable. Mon bureau est proche. Je peux aller au travail à pied.
Près de chez moi, il y a un grand parc.
  Mon appartement est très confortable.
J'ai un salon, une chambre, une cuisine et une salle de bain.
Et un très joli balcon.
  Je vois le parc d'ici. Quelle vue magnifique !

My cousin has recently moved house to a property just outside Edinburgh. It is close to a famous, historic cottage and in a beautiful setting near the hills. The entrance to the house is very impressive.
The hall leads to an enormous sitting room with high ceilings and big windows facing south, so it feels bright and open. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, and two of them have balconies that look out onto the back garden. And a practical feature of the house is the huge garage for four cars.

En este podcast hablo acerca de mi visita como turista por primera vez a Venecia, lo que significa para una colombiana de 20 años estar en una ciudad con tanto arte e historia, cuantas cosas se pueden descubrir; tambièn el hecho de que por primera vez pobrè dos cosas muy italianas: el "gelato" y la pizza italiana. De que manera cada vez que voy a esa ciudad es diferente, hay detalles que no se repiten y siempre hay algo nuevo por conocer, sobretodo si vas en diferentes estaciones del año. A nivel gramatical uso de los modos del indicativo simples y compuestos: presente, pretèrito perfecto, imperfecto e indefinido; pluscuamperfecto, futuro simple; subjuntivo.
