안녕하세요.

오늘은 새해 계획을 말할 거예요.

여러분은 연초에(at the beginning of the year), 계획을 세워요? (계획을 세우다 make a plan)
저는 사실(actually) 새해 계획을 잘 세우지 않아요.

계획을 세우면 꼭 그 계획을 지켜야 할 것 같아서, 조금 부담스러워요. 
(계획을 지키다 keep to plan, a.부담스럽다 burdensome)

그래서 계획 대신, 올해 하고 싶은 것들을 더 생각하는 편이에요. 

2024년에는 작년보다 더 성장하고 싶어요. (v. 성장하다 develop)
한국어 선생님으로서도 더 성장하고 싶고, 인간적으로도 더 좋은 사람이 되고 싶어요.

그래서 책도 더 많이 읽고 자기 계발도 더 많이 하고 
좋아하는 사람들과 즐거운 시간을 더 많이 보내고 싶어요. 
(자기 계발 self-improvement, self-developement)

영어 공부도 더 하고, 다른 외국어들도 더 공부할 거예요. 
옛날에 독일어하고 러시아어하고 중국어를 공부했었는데 연습하지 않아서 다 잊어버렸어요. 독일어 공부를 다시 시작해 볼 생각이에요 ㅎㅎ

아! 그리고 원래 건강에 별로 관심이 없었는데,
이제 서른 살이 되어서 좀 건강에 신경을 써 보려고 해요.

저는 운동을 너~무 싫어해서, 운동보다는 건강한 음식을 먹는 것으로 건강을 더 신경 쓰려고 해요. 라면을 아주 좋아하는데 라면을 먹는 횟수를 좀 줄여야 겠어요 ㅎㅎ

今天想和大家聊一聊【外卖】的话题。
在中国，每天都有很多人点外卖。你不仅可以点早餐、午餐和晚餐，还可以点下午茶和宵夜。打开外卖app，各种各样的美食让你选个够。每天不重样，一点也不夸张。
现在中国的外卖行业，主要是美团和饿了么两大平台。每天在路上我们可以看到穿着黄色衣服的美团外卖小哥和蓝色衣服的饿了么外卖小哥，骑着电动车送外卖。外卖行业差不多是2010年开始的，2012年到2016年是快速发展的时期。
如今外卖服务已经是每个人生活中不可或缺的一部分。在中国体验过外卖服务的外国人甚至把外卖服务称为世界第九大奇迹，因为中国的外卖服务真的太方便了。
第一，速度快。点个外卖基本上30分钟以内可以送到，距离比较近的不到20分钟就到了。
第二，种类多。什么类型的美食都可以用打包盒装好，送到你的家里。除了美食，还可以买菜，买药，买花等等。
第三，便宜。在app点外卖，经常可以领到优惠券。如果成为会员，每个月付12块钱的会员费就可以领4个5元的红包。这些红包在你点外卖的时候可以抵扣。
第四，方便。只要动动手在app下单，半个小时后就可以吃到热乎乎的美食，还不用洗碗。这对于很多忙碌疲惫的人来说，是一日三餐的最佳选择。
那么点外卖有没有一些缺点呢？我觉得还是有的。首先，便宜的外卖食材可能不够新鲜，吃多了对身体不太好。而且很多外卖都是重口味的，吃多了很容易变胖。因为叫外卖太方便了，大家随时都能下订单，无形中也增加了食物的摄入。
我享受外卖带给我的方便，不过我大部分时间还是自己在家做饭，偶尔会叫外卖换换口味。
