Pero tan pronto como descubren que soy de los Estados Unidos, la gente ve los signos de dólar y siempre están tratando de correr o cobrar de más. Es realmente deshumanizante. Todavía no he hecho ni un solo amigo colombiano porque todos inmediatamente empiezan a intentar jugar conmigo y luego, por supuesto, no podemos ser amigos."

verbos pronominais são os verbos conjugados com os pronomes oblíquos - os que mais usamos, são: me/se/nos; e esse pronome vai se referir ao mesmo sujeito na frase, podendo ser reflexivo ou recíproco: Os reflexivos é quando o próprio sujeito faz a ação: Olhar-se Eu me olho no espelho (você está olhando para você) Eu olho no espelho - sem o pronome, significa que você está olhando ao espelho, mas não está olhando para você; você pode olhar ao espelho do carro e não se olhar! Os Recíprocos é quando duas pessoas fazem a mesma ação ao mesmo tempo: Beijar-se Eles se beijaram na balada (duas pessoas beijaram uma a outra). みなさん、こんにちは。お元気ですか。
日本は梅雨（つゆ）入りで、雨の日が続（つづ）いています。しかも、今日の東京は気温が19度と少し寒いです。でも、明日は29度まで気温が上がるみたいです。
この時期は、寒暖差（かんだんさ）が大きいので体調を崩（くず）す人がとても多いです。日本に住んでいるみなさん、どうぞお体ご自愛（じあい）ください。
さて、私がitalkiの日本語教師になって、もうすぐ三か月です。すごく楽しいです。毎日、まるで世界旅行（せかいりょこう）をしているみたいです。
Italkiの日本語教師としてとてもうれしいことは、最初は母国語（ぼこくご）の英語で会話していた（話していた）生徒さんと日本語メインで会話できるようになったことです。そして、みなさん、とても上手になっているんです。
これほんとうです。この情報を誰かと共有したいです。日本語学校だと、教師同士で対面で情報を共有できるのですが、残念です。なので、ここで伝えたいです。
私には子どもが二人います。高２の男の子と小4の女の子です。時々、彼らは私のレッスンを聞いています。そして、「えー、ジュンさん発音がよくなったね」とか、「ジェイソンさんが日本語を話していてびっくりしたわ」とか、「ジョルジアナさん、なんだか日本語がぺらぺらになったね」と　子どもからほめられると、私もとてもうれしいです。
また、「オウセイさん、就職うまくいったんだ。うれしいね」と生徒さんのうれしい情報を子供たちと共有して、喜んでいます。
そして、日本語を教えていてつくづく思うことは、日本語の動詞の活用は多すぎです。中国圏の生徒さんは本当に苦労しますね。
漢字も難しいですね。漢字圏でない生徒さんは、本当に大変だと思います。
でも、漢字には意味があります。漢字は表意文字です。なので、日本語を勉強する上で、漢字を覚えずにすませる方法は残念ながらありません。
私からのアドバイスは、漢字を覚える前に、カタカナをしっかり覚えていることです。これは日本の子供たちも同じです。そうすると、少し楽に漢字の勉強をスタートすることができます。
漢字の勉強、諦（あきら）めないでくださいね。応援（おうえん）しますから。そして私も漢字を覚えるのが苦手（にがて）です。最近はタイプすることが多いので、忘れている漢字も多いです。なので、私も皆さんと一緒に勉強します。
最後に、上級の学習者のみなさん、私のきびしい間違いの指摘にもめげずに、日々レッスンを受けてくれているみなさんには本当に感謝しています。
上級の学習者さん、語彙力（ごいりょく）を増（ふ）やすに努（つと）めてください。

男：最近在职场办公桌上“种香蕉”火了，这一段时间水培香蕉，菠萝等水果“爆改”工位的相关内容在网上火爆，被叫做“禁止蕉绿（焦虑）”“动感光菠（波）”的情绪水果成为了年轻人的“上班新搭子”。
女：成段的香蕉，整株的菠萝放到了办公桌上，那这也当然是成为大家一个热议话题，很多网友都在网上发表自己的观点啊。“拒绝焦虑绿植”的话题也多次登上了热搜榜。那么这些所谓的“情绪水果”更是在各大电商平台销量暴增。
男：当这些谐音梗蔬菜上市的时候，那大家都希望着能够用剥开香蕉这种方式拨开焦虑。希望让自己的焦虑能够得到一些缓解。
女：我们用谐音梗表达自己的情感，形成了一个消费的仪式感。关键是这些水果吧，它好看好养也还算有趣，价格还没那么离谱，好像也能带来很多交流的话题啊。
男：当然市场上这类产品用这种独特的情感标签和内涵吸引了很多人的关注。“情绪价值”这个词，这两年很多人都在说，能够带来价值的情绪，能够带来有情绪的价值，那么大家就愿意去消费。市场有需求，那当然商家就有动力了。这其实也是小水果能够撬动大家消费的一个原因。
女：我想其实“情绪水果”归根结底反映的还是大家的一种心理的诉求和一个关注情绪的现状啊。包括我们更加注重自身的心理健康了，更倾向于能够选择代表自己态度和生活方式的一些消费品。这不光是满足最基本的吃饱了喝好了，更是一种情绪的表达。
男：对，我们整个社会越来越关注大家的情绪，这也是一件好事。水果蔬菜谐音梗与营销结合在一块，也给蔬菜水果的走俏、翻红提供了可能。

This is a story from earlier in my career when I was a struggling restaurant manager who had revitalize my establishment by fostering teamwork, communication, and a sense of ownership among the staff.  Through pre-shift meetings, a responsibility table, and a focus on the value of customer service, I was able to create a positive and efficient work environment that translated to happy customers and a thriving business.
