How do you stay awake? What is your 비결?

Ciao e bentornati!
 Oggi parliamo di come comportarsi in un negozio di abbigliamento in Italia.
 La regola fondamentale è una sola: cortesia!

👉 Prima di tutto, si entra sempre salutando, non con un “ciao”, ma con:
 — Buongiorno!
 — Buonasera!

👉 Poi, quando chiedi qualcosa, meglio usare il condizionale e dare del Lei.
 Invece di dire: Io voglio questo, prova con:
 — Vorrei provare questa camicia, per favore.
👉 Se chiedi il prezzo, non dire solo: Quanto costa?
 Meglio:
 — Quanto costa, per favore?
👉 E ancora: se vuoi qualcosa, non usare comandi diretti come Dammelo!
 Molto meglio:
 — Potrei avere questo, grazie?
👉 Anche quando chiedi varianti, la cortesia è la chiave:
 — Avete per caso questa giacca in blu?
👉 Altre frasi utili da ricordare:
 — Posso provarlo/la?
 — C’è una taglia più piccola/più grande?
 — Mi potrebbe dare un’altra misura, per favore?
 — Potete farmi un pacchetto regalo, per favore?
 — Accettate la carta di credito?

Curiosità
Un piccolo trucco: il condizionale è una delle chiavi dell’educazione.
 Non serve sempre dare del Lei – che può sembrare complicato all’inizio – perché anche con il tu si può risultare gentili. Basta usare il condizionale e le formule magiche: per favore, grazie, prego.
Se in un negozio di scarpe dite “Voglio quelle scarpe, numero 39”, può sembrare un po’ brusco.
Se invece dite “Vorrei provare quelle scarpe, numero 39, per favore”, l’effetto è subito più gentile e naturale.

Così sarete sicuri di fare un’ottima impressione, senza complicarvi la vita con troppa formalità.
e ricorda in Italia la cortesia è apprezzata anche nei piccoli acquisti: un sorriso e un per favore aprono sempre le porte!
