On confond souvent la déprime et la dépression. En effet, il est important de différencier ces deux termes.
La déprime est un état passager qui se manifeste par une mauvaise humeur, de la tristesse, de la fatigue, des insomnies, une baisse de motivation, ou encore une perte d'appétit sur le court terme. On peut etre déprimé quand on fait face à des événements difficiles, tels que crise de couple, conflits professionnels, soucis de santé, etc.
En revanche, la dépression est une maladie mentale qui dure. Sur le long terme, la dépression entraîne une vision négative de soi et du monde, accompagnée du sentiment de désespoir et de détresse.

During my HOMESTAY in America, the family I stayed with had a PROPOSED RULE to never PILE UP dirty laundry in the CORRIDOR before BRUNCH.

My daughter’s friend from Japan is on HOMESTAY with us and they both ate a PILE of pancakes each for BRUNCH while walking through the CORRIDOR back to my daughter’s room.

こんばんは！Atsushiです。
北海道はどんどん寒くなってきました。
と言いながら、今僕は部屋の中で半袖ですが。

寒くなってくると、寒い時用の服がいりますね。
岡山に住んでいた時にはいらなかったものが、北海道に来ると必要になります。

そんな時に頼りになるのがユニクロですね。
基本的にユニクロはとても安くて品質が良いですが、毎週、期間限定で安くなる商品があります。

欲しいものが安くなった時に買います！
ですので、ユニクロで何かを買う時は、基本的に¥2,000ぐらいで服を1枚買いますね。
これは日本の中でも本当に安いと思うし、他の国の人が聞いたらおどろくレベルかもしれないですね。

北海道の冬を乗り越えるために、最近買ったものを3つ紹介しますね。

1つ目は、フリースのクルーネックですね。
これは本当にあたたかい！家ではヒーターをつけているので、このフリースが有れば、家の中はもう大丈夫ですね。

2つ目はグローブ、手袋ですね。これはヒートテック、めっちゃあたたかい機能のことですね。朝ウォーキングする時に使っています。このグローブは風も防ぐので完璧ですね！

3つ目はヒートテックのタイツですね。これはもっと寒くなってきた時、-5℃以下になったら使おうと思っています。


僕はものをあまり持ちたくないので、できるだけものを買わないようにしていますが、さすがに寒いので、この3つをかいました！

でも全部¥2,000ぐらいで買ったと思うと、本当にユニクロの値段にはおどろきます！みなさんも、もし日本に来たら、ぜひ一度ユニクロに入っていろいろ見てみてくださいね！

ということで、今回はユニクロがすごい！
