Authentic connection in the classroom is the cornerstone of compassionate teaching. If we want to develop lasting relationships with students and relate to them in meaningful ways, we must get to know them as unique individuals. In this episode, you will learn three changes to implement in your classroom, no matter how far into your teaching practice you are.

In this chapter divided in 2 parts I will relate an experience where I do "hitchhiking" but with a boat, that's why "barcostop" ( It's different to Autostop) . It is set in the "second summer" of 2020, in the famous Argentinian Patagonia, specifically in a town called "Villa La Angostura", a paradisiacal place.

皆（みな）さんは春夏秋冬（しゅんかしゅうとう）、どの季節（きせつ）が好（す）きですか？
私は夏（なつ）が１番（いちばん）好きで、２番目（にばんめ）に好きなのが秋です。
ここ数年（すうねん）、秋を感（かん）じられることが少（すく）なかったですが、今年（ことし）はちょうどよい気温（きおん）が続（つづ）いており、秋を長（なが）く感じられます。

秋は過（す）ごしやすい気温なので、「〇〇（まるまる）の秋」という言葉（ことば）をよく耳（みみ）にします。
「紅葉（こうよう）の秋」、「食欲（しょくよく）の秋」、「スポーツの秋」など秋になると、暑（あつ）すぎる夏にはできなかったことをしたくなる日本人（にほんじん）の国民性（こくみんせい）があるようです。私は今年「読書（どくしょ）の秋」にしました。最近（さいきん）アニメ「キングダム」や中国（ちゅうごく）の時代劇（じだいげき）を見（み）るのにハマっているので、中国の歴史（れきし）の本（ほん）を読（よ）んでいます。今年の秋は充実（じゅうじつ）しています。

Cada persona es un mundo, todos somos diferentes y eso se aplica también a la hora de estudiar, hay diferentes tipos de estudiantes dependiendo de la modalidad de aprendizaje que prefieren. 　悪魔の楽器、こう呼ばれる楽器があります。どうしてそう呼ばれるんだと思いますか？音が悪魔みたいに怖いから？お金がかかりすぎるから？	答えは、弾くのが難しすぎるからです。
　その楽器は、バンドネオンという楽器です。ドイツで生まれて、アルゼンチンに渡り、アルゼンチンタンゴに欠かせない楽器です。アコーディオンによく似た、このバンドネオン。アコーディオンはピアノのような鍵盤ですが、バンドネオンは蛇腹の左右についたボタンでメロディーを作ります。
　何がそんなに難しいのか、理由は2つあります。
1つ目は、ボタンの位置が、不規則なこと。同じものもありますが、作られた年代や、会社や職人によってボタンの位置がちがいます。
2つ目は、同じボタンを押していても、蛇腹を引く時と押す時で音が変わることです。
　しかも、この楽器、もう作れる職人さんがほとんどいません。買うのも修理するのも大変です。
　ですが、わたしは、バンドネオンの、哀愁と深みがある音色が大好きです。たまに、コンサートがあるときは聞きに行きます。機会があったら、是非聞いてみてくださいね。
