Recently, Bai Xue wants to change an apartment, because the apartment she now lives in is too far away from the company. It takes two hours to travel back and forth by subway every day, which is particularly inconvenient.

Going out at seven in the morning, she needs to get up at six thirty and get off work at six thirty in the evening. It's almost eight o'clock when she gets home.

Every day like this, she feels very tired, especially when working during the day, she always wants to sleep.

今日は大阪マラソンの日でした。家の近くの道路はマラソンのコースになっていたので、たくさん警備員がいました。マラソンを走っていたのは半分ぐらい女性でした。調べたら、参加者の24%ぐらいが女性だそうです。また、外国人の参加者が増えているようです。今年は9回目の大会だそうですが、1回目に比べると約10倍に増えています。外国人で一番多いのは香港の人です。香港は「香港国際マラソン」の開催地です。約7万人が参加するそうです。だから香港にはマラソンをする人が多いのかもしれません。
Today was the day of the Osaka Marathon. The road near my house was the course of the marathon, so there were many security guards. Half of the people running the marathon were women. I found out that about 24% of the participants were women. Also, the number of foreign participants seems to be increasing. This year is the ninth marathon, and compared to the first one, the number of foreign participants has increased by about ten times. The largest number of foreigners are from Hong Kong. Hong Kong is the host of the Hong Kong International Marathon. Around 70,000 people take part in this event. Maybe that is why there are so many marathon runners in Hong Kong.
最近は体調を崩していたので、少し気分が落ち込んでいました。でも、いいことを発見しました。昨日の午後、久しぶりに美容院に行きました。そこでシャンプーがとてもいい香りに感じました。不思議に思ったので、美容院で同じ香りのヘアオイルを買って帰りました。このオイルはオーガニックで、たくさんのハーブが使われています。この香りを嗅いでいると、とても気分が落ち着きます。調べたら、アロマセラピーには心理学的効果だけではなく、医学的効果も認められているんですね。
