Prepare your answer to the common question: “Tell me about yourself, and why are you interested in this role with our company?”
The idea is to quickly communicate who you are and what value you will bring to the company and the role—it’s your elevator pitch
What are some common questions:
Here are few from one of my clients that is based in the UK:
1. What do you do to develop your own knowledge and experience and improve your ability to meet your goals?
2. Do you have the techical skills and knowledge to make a real difference in the role? How have those skills been recognized and valued?
