Además de comentarte los diferentes significados te voy a dar varios ejemplos con cada definición para que puedas ver cada significado un contexto del día a día.

・公式ーこうしき　公に決めた方法

・一式ーいっしき　全部


例文
・正式に社長になることが決まった。

・日本は形式的なことが多い。

・4月になるといよいよ入社式です。

・政府はこれを公式の発表とした。
