こんばんは！
Japanese daily life podcast のAtsushiです。
このPodcastは、日本語を勉強しているみなさんに向けたPodcastです。


今日も北海道は寒いです。
千歳は朝-23℃まで下がってました。

家の中は25℃ぐらいになるようにしているので、外の気温と40℃ぐらい違います。そう思うと、ちょっとびっくりしますね。家の中では半袖でいるぐらいの家も多いみたいです。ぼくも半袖です笑

さて、今日はオノマトペについて話します。
21のPodcastでも話してますが、また違うオノマトペを紹介します。

この間、レッスンを受けてくれた方と日本語の特徴について話していました。覚えるものが難しいものはありますか？と聞くと、オノマトペを覚えるのが難しいと言っていました。

オノマトペは聞いたことがありますか？
日本語で、人の気持ちや、感覚、食べ物の食感、天気のことなど、いろんなものの表現をオノマトペを使ってします。

ウキウキ
サラサラ
フワフワ
ギラギラ

などなど。

ということで、今回はよく使うオノマトペ5つ！紹介します。

バタバター忙しい時、時間がない時にあわてていること
　朝、仕事に遅れそうでバタバタした。

ハラハラー慌てている時や、サスペンスを見ている時
　ミッションインポッシブルを見ると、いつもハラハラする

ポカポカー天気が良く、あったかい日の気持ち良い表現
　今日はめっちゃあったかくてポカポカする
　温泉に入ったから、体がポカポカする
　
ゴロゴローいろいろ意味があります
　今日は休みだから昼までゴロゴロする
　スマホを見てゴロゴロしたい
　うちの猫はいつもゴロゴロ言っている

ぐーぐーーいろいろ意味があります
　お腹がすいて、ぐーぐーなっている
　さっきまであんなに話していたのに、今はぐーぐー寝ている


とまぁこんな感じです。

なかなか覚えにくいかもしれないですね。
マンガとか読むと、こういうオノマトペはよく見るかもしれません。

日本語はこうやって、ハッキリした言葉ではなく、雰囲気、イメージで表現することも多い言語だなと思います。

The word "みんな" above is a noun and an adverb; in a sentence like this, it becomes an adverb, and no particle is added.

理想の未来へ向かうための日本語時間のMAMIKOです。

今日は、夢を叶えるために何をしたらいいかについてお話します。
みなさんは、将来どんな生活をしたいですか？
お金持ちになりたいですか？
きれいな家に住みたいですか？
海外旅行に行きたいですか？
人によって、いろいろな夢がありますね。

では、その夢のために、毎日どれくらい時間を使っていますか？
夢のために使う時間は、多いほうがいいです。

たとえば、憧れの生活をしている人の動画を見る。
好きな音楽を聞く。
ディフューザーを使って、いい香りをかぐ。
こういうふうに、五感（目・耳・鼻・口・体）を使うことがおすすめです。

私は毎朝ヨガをしています。
ヨガをすると、気持ちが前向きになります。
この行動もただの習慣と考えずに、理想の未来へ近づくための時間、自分を満たしている時間と考えています。
そして、ディフューザーを使って、いい香りをかぎながらヨガをすると、とても幸せな時間になります。

夢をかなえるために、もう一つ大事なことがあります。
それは「行動する」ことです。
行動しなければ、結果はありません。
行動を続けるから、結果が出ます。

人はすぐに成果が出る方法を探します。
でも、成功している人は、めんどうでもやります。
めんどうな気持ちを無視して、行動します。

そうすれば、あなたも夢に近づきます。
日本語を勉強しながら、理想の未来をかなえましょう！
