It‘ｓ for your practice of listening and reading. Repeat after me without reading みんなの日本語１、evern though you have the textbook. I speak a little faster in the sencond time.
もしあなたが中級（ちゅうきゅう）でも、いいれんしゅうになると思います。 
If you are intermidiate level student, it should still be good practice.
