Episode 11 - Le Tatouage

こんにちは。

今日もお弁当作り。今日は私と息子の分です。
主人は出張だったので、お弁当はいらないと。
昨日の夕飯は漬けマグロに山芋のとろろを白いご飯にかけたどんぶりメニュー。副菜は茄子の煮ものと小松菜のお浸し。それから具沢山の味噌汁だったため、お弁当用には何も残らず。
というわけで、夜のうちに、鶏肉を塩こうじにつけて置き、そして、朝から片栗粉をまぶして、180度の油で揚げるという、面倒なことをしました。手間暇をかけて、愛情弁当を作る母です。
塩こうじは、家庭料理には欠かせない調味料のひとつです。塩こうじにつけると、肉も柔らかくなり、そしてしっかりと味がつきます。片栗粉をまぶして揚げると、竜田揚げのできあがりです。塩こうじは、醤油と酒の調味料の代わりに使用することが多いです。肉にも魚にも使うことができる便利な調味料です。
お弁当用のサラダは、昨日の夜のうちに用意。キャベツとにんじんを適当な大きさに切り、レンジで2分半温め、そこにツナ缶とマヨネーズとレモンをかけて和えました。あとは彩りでトマト。そしてほんの少しのデザートにシャインマスカットです。
ご飯はのり弁風にしています。のり弁は、鰹節醤油（かつおぶし醤油）を白いご飯で挟んで、その上にのりをのせます。通常はこの上に魚をのせたり、揚げ物をのせたりするんです。なので、私は塩こうじの竜田揚げをさらにのせました。これお弁当にするとおいしいんです。
あー、朝から頑張りました。
今日は、一応写真も撮りましたよ。感想聞かせてください。
