Speech transcript 2 (Please help me🥰) Wendy is a music therapist who uses music to heal children with autism. Nancy is a documentary director who shared her experience working as a crew director and freelancer. She wants to be a filmmaker in the future. Julie, a staff member of a state-owned enterprise (in where?), decided to quit her job of 20 years, move to New Zealand, and start a new life. The purpose of her move is to improve her children’s education. Now she is learning English in her 40's. I didn’t expect this many teachers would come to my (English practice?) chatroom -- teachers hailing from kindergarten to university classrooms. One of them is ”Pipi”. Pipi is a primary school teacher in a small village (in China?) where she teaches Chinese and Math. Recently, she also started teaching English. Pipi is worried, however, about her own English pronunciation and grammar. She wants to make sure her students are well-prepared before they go to high school. Pipi asked me for some suggestions for learning English. Luckily, we got enough participants, and they shared ways they improve their English. I believe Pipi's students are very lucky to have a (dedicated?) teacher like her. In addition, sometimes my chatroom can be a tree hole (is this a new expression in English? I've never heard it before) as well; a place for strangers to share secrets and troubles. People seem to prefer to share their troubles with me (or the group?) instead of sharing with their friends or family. I believe it's because our group members shows care and understanding toward each other. Members always seem to feel much better afterward sharing their concerns.
