I did my first job as an accountant. It was a good experience since I was working in Kazakhstan. I had a chance to experience accounting work in Russian language. Although there was challenge in my work, I think I've gained and studied a lot. Also I had lots of great colleagues. We were a wonderful team!

My first job was an accountant. It was a good experience. It was in Kazakhstan, and I got a chance to see how accounting works there and in Russian language. Although the job had challenges, I think I gained and learned a lot. Also, I met lots of great colleagues. We were a wonderful team!

Both "to experience accounting in Russian language" and the version I proposed above sound a little awkward, but maybe you'll get better ideas from others :)
