Students can become very tired both emotionally and physically when they are preparing for an examination. How can they look after their health while they are studying? In fact,studenthood can be a burden that may badly affect the emotional and physical health of students. That said, prioritizing marks over good health will yield to impair the students' immune system. In the last decade, with the growth of the economics of most of the countries yielded a bigger competition and a rise in worker-demand have shown stronger than before. The thing that let today's generation strive for good marks so that they can be part of the growth and assure having a safe life. Nowadays, a significant amount of delicate diseases, such as stress, anxiety, diabetes, and such ,exist among students. To know how to make a healthy studenthood, I believe we should first look at the bad habits and avoid them. The common ones are ;less sleeping that can cause by time sleep deprivation. And sleep is important because the body is programmed for hygiene; that goes in a process of eliminating bad things from the body while sleeping. In addition to the consumption of unhealthy food ,and no work out that can cause blood pressure and heart problems.
