The other day I went to Roshoki in Kobe to buy pork buns. I spent my childhood in Kobe and everyone living in Kobe has eaten it at least once. A common pork bun has a fluffy skin and sweet ingredients, but Roshoki’s pork bun has a springy skin and juicy meat seasoned with soy-sauce strongly, so it’s absolutely delicious. It’s bit-sized and I can’t stop eating a lot of them.
