Why do some poor healthy people panhandle instead of working?. Often People are often afraid of changes, but changes do make us better. I don't want to talk tell about the poor people of Africa. It's so sad. But we have to help those who really need help. If you can really can help such people, then you have to help. It's may not be not only money, It's may be clothes, food, attention... Remember that your kindness will return to you.
