Teach children to grow vegetables.

For me, I prefer teaching children to grow vegetables which is a meaningful behavior. I choose this because of two reasons.
First of all, growing vegetables is healthy for us. Because growing vegetables is a physical work like exercise, such as swimming, running, playing tennis. Exercise is good for us as well as growing vegetables.
Secondly, children will not waste the food until they grow vegetables personally. Because after they painstakingly cultivate the plants, they will realize the hardships of farmers and the difficulty of harvest. I remember after I took the lesson about learning agricultural production, I have always eating up my foods and never lavish grains.

I'd always want to teach children to grow vegetables, because it is an educative and meaningful activity. First, growing plants is considered physically healthy, just as it does the same with exercise. Second, children will come up to avoid excessive waste of food when getting involved in nurturing plants. Their attitudes toward leftovers or unfinished meals will likely change dramatically after laboring in the fields. And as an additional reward besides cultivating the concept of treating food properly, they'll enjoy the productivity of their efforts when harvests are due. I still remember how I was so impressed with a lecture concerning agriculture science, that I've never spilled a grain of rice in each meal after.
