I have a question if it is no bother.
After the word “research”, do I have to use any preposition? Like “I do some research on/about the country” or just “I research the country”

Hi Davi! You are correct in your examples. Research could be a verb or a noun. If it's a verb, you would use it without prepostition or with "into". If it's a noun, you could use A LOT of prepositions with it (as shown in the second picture), depending on the context :) The most frequesnt ones are "on" and "in".
