Is it correct and does it sound natural? Her father teached her how to ride a bike. I didn’t have a bike, so I also wanted to have a bike Or how can I say better?(without repeating “have a bike” twice 🙈

You're close, but there are a couple of small corrections and a way to avoid repeating "have a bike." Here's a polished version: "Her father taught her how to ride a bike. I didn’t have one, so I also wanted a bike." Changes Explained: "Teached" → "taught" "Teach" is an irregular verb, so the past tense is "taught," not "teached." "I didn’t have one" Using "one" instead of repeating "a bike" makes the sentence smoother and avoids redundancy. It refers back to the bike mentioned earlier. Simplifying the second part Ending with "wanted a bike" is clear and concise without repeating the entire phrase. Alternative Version: "Her father taught her how to ride a bike. I didn't have one, so I wished I did too." (This expresses the same idea more conversationally.) Both versions sound natural and avoid unnecessary repetition. 😊

It’s not very logical. What is the connection between someone else learning to ride a bike and me not having and wanting one? The second sentence can be said as: I didn’t have a bike but wanted one. Even that is longer than necessary. You can just say ‘I wanted a bike.’ (It’s implied that you don’t have one. If you had had a bike already, you would have said ‘I wanted a new/better bike.’ Or ‘I wanted another bike.’)

Here’s a corrected and more natural version: "Her father taught her how to ride a bike. I didn’t have one, so I wanted a bike too." This avoids repeating "have a bike" while keeping it clear and natural. 😊

'Teach' is one of the irregular verbs, so it's 'taught' and not 'teached.' If you want to avoid using 'have a bike' twice, you can use 'one' as a stand-in for the phrase. 'Her father taught her how to ride a bike. I didn't have a bike, but/so I wanted one too.' '..., but/so I wanted to have one too,' is also okay, but it's less concise.

"I had none, though I wanted one."
