Writing Exercise 289 – MY WAY OF DEALING WITH MOONCAKE LEFTOVERS FROM THE MID-AUTUMN FESTIVAL
The Mid-Autumn Festival has just passed. For some people, it is a problem to deal with the leftover mooncakes (1). Today, I would like to share with you all my way of making tangyuan with mooncakes.
First, take out the mooncake fillings and cut them into pieces. (Pictures 2 to 4)
Second, make the glutinous rice flour dough and cut it into small pieces. (Picture 5)
Third, put each of the cut fillings into a small piece of dough and shape them into round balls. (Pictures 6 to 7)
Last, freeze them in the refrigerator for later.
Then you can cook them anytime you want. It's that/so easy!
1. The order you have is grammatically correct, but the sentence order is a bit confusing in this way.
