What is the rule between there is and no?
example:
- there is an apple
- no money
- no nation

Great question!
“There is” is used to state that something exists.
• Example: There is an apple on the table.
“No” is used to indicate the absence of something before a noun.
• Example: No money means no shopping!
To make a negative sentence with “there is,” you can say:
• There is no money left. (instead of just “no money”)
