很多事情AI可以代替，但是有些事情AI却无法取代人，因为一些人需要充满人情味的服务。能认真地听客人说的话、回答得恰到好处的人，也许到哪儿都很受欢迎。现在有时候我跟AI聊天，它回得很流畅，而且只能对我说顺耳的话。它给不出“良药苦口”的建议，所以我还是很想找真正人类倾诉心里的疙瘩。
