typically "sabishii" is used to mean "to miss s.o.". it literally means "lonely". i'm not sure what name's appropriate for the person you're talking to. "kimi" is usually used for significant others, "anata" is for strangers or husbands. for a friend, you usually just use their first name with the "san" honorific. so maybe "sabishkute tamaranai" is an appropriate form.
