Both are suitable responses to a question. Example:
'Shall we meet at 8pm?'
'That's fine with me.'
or
'Yes, I'm fine with with that.'

They are both correct. You could say either one, they mean the same.

It's true, you can actually say it either way! So, they're both correct. Therefore, you can say it whichever way you're most comfortable with!?!
