What quantifiers do you use when talking about milk tea?

What's the difference? Which should I use when I refer to the take-away milk tea we buy from stores?

While you should technically say "a cup of milk tea," milk tea being a non-count noun, we often say "a milk tea," "a small milk tea," etc. these days. This seems to happen more in take-away situations.
