My laptop broke today. It cannot start correctly. I called the client service number, and they got a technician to help me fix it on the phone. First, she guided me to reinstall windows, but it didn’t work. I told her that I accidentally knocked it down onto the floor the other day. Then, she suggested me to check the hard disk, but the results didn’t not implied the damage to the hard discs.

Then, she suggested me to check the hard disk, but the analysis ruled out any damages to the hard disc.
