Could you please tell me the key difference between が and を in my provided samples Samples: 1 - I like apple 私はリンゴが好きです 2 - I love apple 私はリンゴを持っている Questions: I think "like" 好き and "have" 持っ are all verbs I thought the grammar and usage should be the same. What's the most key reason why there is a difference here? Could you give me a very short and strong reason? どうもありがとうございます！

I am going to Sapporo this summer. I want to be able to introduce myself at least. Now all I can say is: これはいくらですか ありがとうございました and some words like ホテル　レシト　新幹線　山手線　目黒線　浅草　and some other words :) I am a beginner........ so sorry... Please help me!
