Ma meilleure expérience en tant que bénévole a été quand j'étais un parent responsable pendant d'un voyage scolaire en Europe. Trois professeurs et moi avons emmené un groupe de 27 lycéens en France et en Allemagne pendant trois semaines. Les lycéens avaient entre 15 et 17 ans et apprenaient le français ou l'allemand (ou les deux). Mon groupe comprenait des garçons de 11e année.

I have already helped people with conflict mediation. They get stuck in their emotions and don't look the other way. When they start looking at how the other is doing, they stop arguing and start looking for viable solutions to the problem.

Ich war eine Girl Guider gewesen sein wann ich in Hong Kong war. Ich arbeite bei Hong Kong Girl Guide Association. Es ist ein Verrein für die Mädchen und jungen Fraud und grundet in Groß Britanien. Es organiziert vielen internationel Ativitäten jeder Jahr. Im 2006 bin ich mit etwa 20 Girl Guide nach England gefahren, wir haben die Girl Guide 100 Jahr Feier teilgenomen, wir haben wirklich gut erlebt und sehr eindrucklich Erfahrung gehabt.

I volunteered as a Climate Change Youth Officer in my country a couple of years back! In my time as a volunteer, I was responsible for organising and hosting community workshops and conferences on Climate Change mitigation. What I enjoyed most about my experience is that, it gave me the opportunity to travel to different parts of the continent and meet new people. I have developed a sense a respect for different cultures as a person and can only credit this to my experience working with people from diverse backgrounds.

大学の時に出来る間にボランティアをしようとした。だいたい、木を植えたり、雑草を取り出した。植物があまり好きというより、手伝って何かをしたかった。植物に関するのは一番人気な活動だった。たくさん公園を訪れた。ボランティアのたびに七時に大学で会ったから、六時ぐらいに起きた。大学で皆はバスでサイトまで乗って、何かすることを伝えてもらった。十二時ぐらいに終わって、バスで大学に帰って、そこから家に戻った。早く起きたのに、楽しかった。

When I was studying computer science at university, there was a course named Service for Society, and I took this course in my Junior year. Briefly, the concept of the course is to do a good thing for society in a semester. For instance, planning an event to plant trees, opening a free course about your professionality or hobbies. Also, you should do this with a team that includes 5-6 random people who take the same course. So, we planned a programming course for a kindergarten. It was a game series that tried to open a space for algorithmic thinking although I say "programming course. Even though teaching children is a challenging and specific job, I think it was a unique and an awesome experience for us also for children.

Hace dos semanas trabajé como voluntario en un centro de vacunación contra el coronavirus. Había muchas enfermeras, otros empleados y unos ocho voluntarios. Nuestra tarea consistía en dar instrucciones y otra información, asegurarnos que que cada persona llevara una mascarilla y ayudar a los empleados en todo lo que necesitaran. Estuve 4-5 horas allí ayudando al equipo. Encontré el trabajo muy interesante y gratificante. Todo el equipo estaba de buen humor y optimista. Aunque hubo algunas pacientes que se portaron de muy mal educado, me las apañé bastante bien. Estoy planteado en volver a ayudar en el centro de vacunación. Durante los próximos meses, les harán falta muchos voluntarios porque tendrán que dar tantas vacunas contra la gripe y diferentes variantes de coronavirus.

In December 2015, I was in Bali, Indonesia, for about three months, where I supported an English teacher in primary school. It was such an open-minded, playful and friendly atmosphere in the classroom, as well as in the lovely homestay where I lived. In this time, I’ve learned how to adapt to different environments, to be curious and open-minded about new cultures, to master new challenges and to be independent. Most importantly, I’ve met special people in Bali that I'm still in contact with and share unforgettable memories. Therefore, I’m looking forward to travelling to Indonesia again, enjoying the stunning landscapes, the delicious and food and seeing my friends.
