Clémence

I've found that interesting people make the best teachers, and Clemence is exactly that! She brings so many interests beyond just French into our lessons, which makes every conversation genuinely engaging. What I love most about Clemence is how she feels like a friend I've known forever. She's warm, sincere, and creates this comfortable space where I'm never afraid to make mistakes. Her teaching style is fun and relaxed, and she always adjusts to my comfort level - pushing me when I need it but never overwhelming me. The materials she uses are super easy to follow, but honestly, it's the way she teaches them that makes everything click. Our sessions have quickly become something I look forward to every week. If you want a French teacher who makes learning feel natural and enjoyable rather than like studying, Clemence is perfect. She doesn't just teach the language - she shares her love for it in a way that's completely contagious!

Toujours agréable ! Je dois vous dire que c'est grâce à Clémence que j'ai atteint un niveau suffisant pour vivre confortablement en France ! On s’est rencontrées il y a plus d’un an, et on s’est retrouvées régulièrement depuis. Je vais bientôt passer mon test TCF pour obtenir la nationalité française. Il est clair que je fais des erreurs de temps en temps, surtout avec le genre et certains temps, mais c'est normal - et je vais continuer à m'améliorer ! Merci à Clémence de m'avoir toujours mis à l'aise en français et de m'avoir poussé à avoir un bien meilleur niveau qu'avant !

My first lesson with Clémence was absolutely wonderful! She is very kind and patient and fun to talk with. She does a great job of helping guide the conversation practice and is happy to answer questions and repeat things you don’t understand.

Once after a class, I gave Clemence a 1* rating by mistake and italki wouldn’t let me correct it :(( But nothing could be further from the truth! Clemence is an absolute 5* gem, full of energy, patience and kindness. I love our chats so much that the time just flies by and I truly can’t believe how much I have learnt. If you are like I was, and terrified of speaking French, or if you just want a conversation which is always fun and interesting, start learning with Clemence. I feel so lucky to have found her, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
