We focus on listening and speaking almost entirely. That's good, because these are the skills I most need to improve.

Carlos is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in his teachings. He is always prepared and always writes out phrases and words I’m unsure about - which is incredibly helpful for my style of learning. I will continue to trust him with my journey in learning Portuguese. I can’t recommend him enough!

Carlos is an excellent instructor for conversational Portuguese. I asked to mostly focus on listening comprehension, and have experienced a noticeable improvement in a short time using this techniques and exercises.
