I've done almost fifty lessons in the past 6 months. I tried other teachers, but Jiyeon is the only teacher I have consistently met with multiple times; she's professional, patient, and willing to meet her students halfway whether its learning a new phrase or working around my schedule. Really amazing teacher!

I really enjoyed my lesson with Jiyeon 선생님, she prepared a great topic to talk about with highlighted vocabulary and some grammar as well. It was perfect for my level and I found the whole class very engaging!

She is awesome! Would totally recommend her if you are trying to learn Korean. I've struggled finding a solid place to start learning the language after years of trying to self study (vocab flashcards, books, videos, etc.), and in just 3 lessons I find myself having a much deeper understanding of the language then I've ever had, and finding out that once I have a better understanding of grammar, learning vocab seems much easier (because it all just falls into place regarding sentence structure. It's like a puzzle almost). She's super sweet and is there to help you, and also a major plus is that she speaks Korean most of the time, which at first I was definitely lost and just following the curriculum (slides), but the more lessons I take the more I understand what she is actually saying when she says them (so my listening comprehension is better). It's easy to be scared/intimidated at first, but don't be. She is there to help you succeed! Overall, amazing experience!
