Teacher with an adventurous soul Heisann, Maren her, I have lived and worked as a teacher back and forth from Oslo to Costa Rica for a long time! I grew up in Porsgrunn, where we speak Bokmål dialect, and speak English and Spanish fluently. I always like to try new things and stay active, and love to get to know new people, learn about new cultures and traditions! Among some interest of mine, we have: surfing, art, interior design, music, dance, food, yoga, meditation, languages, hikes and m.m. My educational background consists of a bachelor’s degree in teaching from UIO, (so I will try to explain grammar in the best way) and market economy from BI. I always try and show up with a lot of energy and motivation! As I learned Spanish as an adult, I understand the journey of learning a new language, the fear of speaking out loud and saying anything wrong. But I also know that that is the way to learn, from our mistakes. I will make you feel comfortable right away, I am very outgoing, and I always try and find common ground so we can get to know each other! I tend to be a bit humorous when it comes to understanding and looking at not only Norwegian but cultural characteristics in general.
