Hello everyone! I’m Merlijn, a Dutch teacher from Ghent (now in Hamburg) with 8 years of expertise in NT2, CNAVT, and integration exams. My superpower? Making tricky grammar feel easy! Whether you’re prepping for a test or just love languages, I blend clear structure with lively chats—plus a dash of tech, gaming, and music to keep things fun. I guide students to think critically and explore ideas thoroughly. I focus on building confidence by explaining concepts patiently and encouraging curiosity, helping each student develop their own understanding. I value questions, curiosity and making students feel comfortable and confident during my class. Interaction, gamification and individual approaches are my forte.
My lessons are clear, structured, and adaptable. I break down concepts step by step, challenge assumptions, and foster active engagement so students can solve problems independently while enjoying the learning process.
