As a teacher, I mostly focus on helping you find your confidence while learning the new language. Making mistakes is a natural part of the process, and I will not nitpick or correct all the time, as long as you are understandable while speaking. I focus on making you feel comfortable first and then start pushing you a little bit out of your comfort zone, as that is when you learn the most.
