Patient & calm native German tutor | Stress-free conversation practice Hi, I'm Johanna, a native German speaker from Germany. As a language enthusiast myself, I know how exciting (and challenging!) it can be to learn a new language. I actively tutor students in both German and English, and I love helping them reach their goals.
When I'm not teaching, I love exploring new languages and cultures myself. I speak Swedish, having lived in Sweden for a short while, and I also know some basic Finnish. Outside of languages, I am a textile engineer with an interest in knitting and other traditional crafts.
When it comes to my teaching style, I believe learning a language should be stress-free. That’s why I provide a calm space where mistakes are welcome. We will focus on real-life communication, but ultimately, we will design the lessons around your specific wishes, whether that means working on your pronunciation, improving your reading, or just having a relaxed conversation.
