Hi, I’m Taichiro from Japan! 🇯🇵 After graduating from Osaka University, I worked as a sales representative in Japan for almost four years. Then I decided to explore the world — I studied English in the Philippines and spent a year each in Canada and Australia on working holiday visas. During my time abroad, I worked as a server at Japanese restaurants and loved chatting with customers about Japanese food and culture. Seeing people enjoy Japanese dishes made me proud of my roots and inspired me to share more about Japan. I enjoy playing guitar and singing, watching anime and sports, and talking about what people are passionate about while sharing my own interests too.

As a teacher, I create a friendly and relaxed space where you can feel comfortable speaking Japanese. I know learning a new language can be hard—I went through it while studying English abroad. That’s why I explain simply and clearly, using easy English when needed. My goal is to help you enjoy conversations and use Japanese naturally, not just study grammar or vocabulary. I want you to feel confident expressing yourself, even with small mistakes. Let’s connect language with what you love—anime, music, food, or sports—and enjoy learning together! 🌸
