Christina Feng

It was the first lesson I had with Christina today and I enjoyed it a lot. She made detailed notes during the lesson for me to see correct sentences, new words and tones, which was very helpful. I like it when a teacher does that, because I can properly review the lesson contents after the lesson. Her spoken Chinese is also very clear and easy to understand. Our conversation was so fun that it almost made me feel like I could actually have a conversation in Chinese. I'd certainly recommend her to my fellow Chinese learners and I look forward to more lessons with her in the future.

I am so glad that finally Christina arrived here in Italki. It's thanks to her that I can speak Mandarin, she is fluent in English and really professional. It's been already 4 years that I have class with her and now that I don't have the possibility anymore of having live lessons this is an amazing opportunity. I highly recommend Christina if you find Mandarin language complicated and you are eager to find a nice and quick way to improve your speaking skills.

I am so pleased to have found Christina. I was worried that I would not be able to replace my highly skilled previous teacher. Christinas' style feels natural, and she is thorough, and fun to speak with. In conversation her tones are always clear. Tones are repeated and reinforced as they come up, I feel like i am learning quickly.

I truly love her lessons every time. Her original lesson materials are amazing, the contents of which cover from common topics, Chinese cultures, societies, current topics to old legends. You get to learn vocabulary, including some really interesting current words or expressions, practice your listening, oral reading, speaking and thinking in Chinese, as well as often learn something new about China, all in one lesson. It's amazingly comprehensive and keeps you engaged for the whole time. She is also a very soft-mannered and encouraging teacher, so the atmosphere of her lessons always feels safe to make mistakes and gives you confidence to speak more. I'm really happy that I found her in my Chinese learning journey and look forward to many more future lessons with her.
