I love that Giada teaches you the foundations of the language FIRST - so that you can build on that. It's so much more effective than just memorizing phrases, because you can use the foundational principles to understand what is being spoken to you by Italians. Memorization just limits you to phrases.

Another great lesson! I've studied Italian off and on for several years. Giada is a very engaging teacher who quickly identified my level and what we need to work on. She knows every rule of Italian grammar and can clearly explain its function. I'm also grateful that beyond our scheduled class time, Giada selects worksheets covering the concepts she teaches during the lesson.
