¡Hola! I’m Laura, a native Spanish speaker from Colombia with a passion for helping students speak confidently. With over four years of teaching on italki, I specialize in conversational practice and cultural immersion—making learning feel natural and fun.
Having learned English and French through real conversations, I know the challenges of language learning firsthand. My lessons are tailored to your pace, whether you're starting from zero or polishing fluency. Let’s turn mistakes into progress—with patience and a smile!

Every person is different, so everyone learns in a different way. We can explore what the best way for you to learn is, and I'll be more than glad to help you with any of your requests for learning my native language. If you are at a basic level, I'd like to make you feel comfortable, so you'll never feel rushed; we will start from the beginning. I'd like to provide you with tools to be able to speak and form sentences right from the start. If you already have some knowledge of the language, we will practice and review the topics you'd like to practice, also learn about the culture. This was one of the best sessions I've had. Since I've been on here. She's very interactive. Her English is really good, so she was able to help me in a lot of ways that other tutors can't the conversation flew very naturally, he made it a point to find out where I was and what I wanted to learn and helped me from there. I would give her 20 stars.
