Chihn is very helpful and patient. With her I can speak my limited German at ease and get useful feedbacks on my usage and pronunciation. We have tried various lesson styles like discussing a text, pronunciation practice, free-flowing conversations, and Chihn manage them all so well. This was my very first tutor session on italki, and I was honestly pretty nervous going into it because speaking German out loud is still difficult for me. At times I struggled to form sentences, remember words, and respond quickly, but she was extremely patient, understanding, and welcoming throughout the entire lesson. She never made me feel embarrassed or rushed, which helped me relax and become more comfortable speaking. Her positive attitude and encouragement created a great learning environment, especially for someone who is still at a beginner level. I really appreciated how supportive and kind she was whenever I made mistakes, and she explained things in a way that was easy to understand. By the end of the lesson, I felt much more confident than when I started. I’m excited to continue learning with her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone, especially beginners who may feel nervous about speaking a new language for the first time.

Chinh's become my favorite German teacher, mainly because she's very easy to talk to. She is very helpful and patient when it comes to grammar and pronunciation problems. The focus in our classes has been conversation, and I feel like each class has been productive.
